Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) is enroute to the 9300 block of Ramona Street, Bellflower, to assist Lakewood Station personnel with a man brandishing a firearm.
The surrounding homes have been evacuated by Lakewood Station personnel for the safety of the residents.
The SEB Special Weapons Team has assumed command of the tactical response and the Crisis Negotiation Team is enroute to the scene to help bring the situation to a peaceful resolution.
There is no additional information available at this time.
