Westlake Area: Law enforcement officials have sent out an official Missing Person Alert for a 26 year old man who lives in the Westlake Area of Los Angeles.

“The family of Derek Adam Seehausen and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Rampart Division are asking for the public’s help to locate Mr. Seehausen,” a statement from the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed on Saturday afternoon.

“On Tuesday, August 5, 2014, around 6:00 a.m., Seehausen was last seen leaving his residence located in the 400 block of West Glenoaks Boulevard in Glendale. Seehausen walked away from the location and has not been seen or heard from since. His family is extremely concerned for his welfare. Seehausen might be suicidal,” the statement contined.

Seehausen is described as a 26-year-old male with brown hair and hazel eyes. He stands 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a light colored t-shirt and blue jeans.

If you have any information on Seehausen’s whereabouts is asked to contact the LAPD Rampart Division detectives at (213) 484-3400. During non-business hours or on weekends, calls should be directed to 1-877-LAPD-24-7 (877-527-3247). Anyone wishing to remain anonymous should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477).
