Aggravated Assault
An assault was reported at a residence near Bona Vista Dr. and Foster Rd. The victim was struck numerous times with a baseball bat.

Residential Burglary
A burglary occurred on the 13900 block of Ramhurst Dr. A suspect who is known to the victim was taken into custody by responding deputies.

Other Structure Burglary
A commercial burglary involving a fraudulent prescription was reported on the 15200 block of Rosecrans Ave.

Vehicle Burglary
• A gym bag was reported stolen from a vehicle parked on the 13300 block of Beach Blvd.
• A window smash burglary was reported on the 13500 block of Adelfa Dr. The loss from the vehicle is unknown.
• A burglary was reported on the 14300 block of Firestone Blvd. A purse was stolen from the vehicle.
Grand Theft
• Multiple vehicle batteries were stolen from box trucks on the 15300 block of Valley View Ave. A box truck also was reported stolen from the location; the vehicle was recovered the following day by Bell Police Department.
• A shoplifting incident was reported on the 15900 block of Imperial Hwy. The loss was estimated to be $1,000.
• Several batteries were reported stolen from scissor lifts on the 15700 block of Olive Branch Dr.
