La Mirada’s annual Halloweenfest will be held on Wednesday, October 31 from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the historic Neff Estate, located at 14300 San Cristobal Drive. This family-friendly event will include costume contests, carnival-like games, crafts, pumpkin carving, and other fun activities. Pets are welcome to attend and participate in a costume contest too! Supplies are limited, so arrive early.
The costume contest categories and start times are as follows:
- Pets 5:00 p.m.
- Ages 2 and under 5:30 p.m.
- 3 to 5 6:00 p.m.
- 6 to 8 6:30 p.m.
- 9 to 12 7:00 p.m.
- 13 and up/ groups 7:30 p.m.
Hot Dog on a Stick will be on site making food available for purchase, including their famous hand-stomped lemonade.
