Notable Arrests

• During a follow up investigation, a suspect was arrested for tampering with a vehicle and taking the vehicle without the owner’s consent.
• During a traffic stop a suspect was arrested for possession of stolen property, burglary tools, and possession of a stolen vehicle.
• Two suspects were arrested throughout La Mirada for various warrants and narcotics violations. 

Aggravated Assault

• A late-night altercation was reported on the 14700 block of Beach Blvd. The victim transported himself for treatment of a minor knife wound. 
• A late-night assault was reported on the 14300 block of San Cristobal Dr.

Other Structure Burglary

• An overnight door smash burglary was reported on the 14000 block of Foster Rd. No items were reported stolen.

Grand Theft

• A daytime theft of a catalytic converter was reported on the 14200 block of Firestone Blvd.
• A firearm was stolen during an argument with a known suspect on the 13300 block of Marlette Dr.
• Industrial equipment was reported stolen on the 14700 block of Firestone Blvd. 

Grand Theft Auto

• A sedan was reported stolen on the 14700 block of Firestone Blvd.
• A SUV was reported stolen on the 12200 block of La Mirada Blvd.
• A truck was reported stolen on the 14500 block of Sabine Dr.
• A stolen truck was recovered on the 14600 block of Northam St.
• A stolen motorcycle was recovered on the 12900 block of Heflin Dr.
