La Mirada Crime Summary – Apr. 4 -10, 2016

Residential Burglary
  • A burglary occurred at a residence on the 13600 block of Bona Vista Ln.  No items were stolen during incident. A suspect was named in the incident.
Other Structure Burglary
  • Two suspects were arrested in connection with a window-smash burglary that occurred on the 14100 block of Imperial Hwy.
  • A burglary was reported on the 12100 block of Los Coyotes Ave.  Computer equipment was stolen.
  • A storage container was broken into on the 14700 block of Industry Cir. Several boxes of clothing were stolen. 
  • A laptop was reported stolen on the 15100 block of Escalona Rd.
Vehicle Burglary
  • Headphones, sunglasses and a GPS system were stolen from two vehicles on the 14700 block of Ramhurst Dr. 
  • Two laptops, sunglasses and money were stolen from two vehicles on the 14800 block of Ramhurst Dr.
  • Music equipment was stolen from a vehicle on the 14300 block of Firestone Blvd. 
  • Power tools were stolen from a vehicle on the 12000 block of Singleton Dr.
  • A purse and a diaper bag were stolen in a window-smash burglary on the 11900 block of La Mirada Blvd.
Grand Theft
  • Three commercial tires were stolen from vehicles on the 14100 block of Rosecrans Ave.
Grand Theft Vehicle
  • A RV was recovered by Norwalk Sheriff’s Deputies on the 14900 block of Firestone Blvd.  The vehicle was originally reported stolen from the Anaheim Police Department’s jurisdiction on April 5.
  • A SUV was reported stolen on the 14600 block of Firestone Blvd.  The vehicle was later recovered by the Riverside Sheriff’s Department.
  • A sedan was reported stolen on the 14800 block of Excelsior Dr.  The vehicle was later recovered by the Whittier Police Department.
  • An attempted vehicle theft occurred on the 11700 block of Goldendale Dr.
  • A commercial truck was stolen from the 14300 block of Industry Cir.  The vehicle was later recovered by the Long Beach Police Department.
