With flu season approaching, the City of La Mirada is partnering with the Los Angeles Department of Public Health to offer community members a flu clinic on October 26 from 9 to 11 a.m. The clinic will be held at the La Mirada Activity Center located at 13810 La Mirada Boulevard.
There will be 150 flu shots available on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, the Activity Center is currently taking reservations and encourages people who are interested to register early.
The flu shot will be the only service provided this year. The nasal spray will not be offered. Flu shots will be available for all ages and no insurance is required.
