The City of La Mirada and the Los Angeles Department of Public Health will be offering free COVID-19 vaccinations to individuals ages 18 and older. The clinic will take place on Monday, April 19 through Tuesday, April 20 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the La Mirada Activity Center, located 13810 La Mirada Boulevard.
It is required to schedule an appointment at vaccine.fulgentgenetics.com and to bring a photo I.D. along with your confirmation number at the time of your appointment. You will be asked to provide a phone or email address during the booking process.
