Two armed robbers held several cellphone store employees hostage in La Mirada Sunday afternoon, police are still searching.
The robbery was reported at 1:33 p.m. yesterday in the 12200 block of La Mirada Boulevard, according to Sgt. Ortega with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s La Mirada station.
Store employees said two men walked into the store and robbed both the business employees and customers.
Their getaway car was driven by another person and was a Toyota Tundra pick up truck.
No one was injured.
